Loan Applications

The Joe W. Ingram Trust makes loans available for educational expenses for college and trade schools.You, the applicant, must be a resident of Chariton County, Missouri.Ingram loans' current rate of interest is 4 percent (%) and matures in 10 years. Payments begin following a six month grace period at the end of your full-time enrollment. Loans are interest free while the student is in school and during the six month grace period. An Ingram loan requires the same commitment to full and prompt repayment that any personal loan requires.

Please complete the loan application process in one of the following ways:
1. Complete steps 1, 2, and 3. Print and mail or hand deliver your forms by the application deadline.
2. Complete steps 1, 2 and 3. Save and submit your forms via personal email to ingramtrust@cvalley.net.

Please have the requested items in our office and call with a reply if items below cannot be submitted by deadline.

o Submit the confirmation you have applied for FAFSA.

o Submit your Offer Letter (Financial Aid letter from the college you will be attending; showing grant(s),scholarship(s), and loan(s) available.).

o Request an Official Transcript (Example: semester ending December 2021 with grades posted). Official Transcript must be addressed to our office or an electronic official transcript will be acceptable. Submit as soon as available.

o   Submit your Official Transcript request receipt. If you have a HOLD on your Official Transcript, please notify our office.

o Submit a copy of Parent(s) 2021 Federal Income Tax Return: Submit a copy of the Form 1040; pages 1&2 and any Schedules1-5; that are applicable.

o  Submit a copy of Your 2021 Federal Income Tax Return: Submit a copy of the Form 1040; pages 1&2 and any Schedules 1-5; that are applicable.

o   Submit your Fall 2022 Schedule. .
